MCC Director Gail Arsenault (middle) has had a long-standing relationship with MCC. Her first experience with the Director role was from 1987 to 1997 (when she left to take care of her newborn son). Gail then worked for Pentucket Regional School District for 8 years in various positions including Co-Director of Extended Day Kindergarten and also as a Kindergarten teacher. Happily for all, Gail was welcomed back as Director of MCC in 2008. She is a graduate of Regis College and Salem State University degrees in the field of education and Salem State University with a Master degree in Education. She has also worked as an adjunct instructor and student teacher mentor at Northern Essex Community College.

Mary lives in Swampscott and enjoys exercise and fitness classes, and gardening.
Along with the administrative staff, MCC’s teachers are long serving and highly dedicated. They have been carefully selected for their commitment to Early Childhood education as well as for their warmth and enthusiasm. Each MCC employee must pass a rigorous personal reference check, a comprehensive health examination and a strict state screening. Additionally, teachers complete over 20 hours of further training – including First Aid and CPR during the course of a school year.
The Adminstrative staff is always available to meet with our families
